性能特點Specification：

　　1、工作腔內(nèi)無任何介質(zhì)，可獲得清潔真空。There is nothing in the pump cavity, so we can get a clean vacuum environment.
　　2、工作腔及螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子表面有防腐涂層，可適應(yīng)惡劣工況。There are antisepsis coat in the surface of pump cavity, so our pump can work in the abominable environment.
　　3、氣體在泵內(nèi)無壓縮，適宜抽取可凝性氣體。Gas can not be compressed in the pump, so our pump can get coagulable air.
　　4、單臺泵可從大氣抽至1Pa，真空系統(tǒng)可大大簡化。Gas can be deflated to 1 Pa by a single pump
　　5、水溫對真空影響小，節(jié)水達90％以上,甚至可以不耗水。Less influence by the water temperature, economize 90 percent water so much as waste no water.
　　6、不耗油,無滴漏。No oil waste, no leek
　　7、旋轉(zhuǎn)部件間無摩擦,可高速運轉(zhuǎn),整機體積小。No attrition between revolving part, high-speed and little cubage
