本文敘述了關(guān)于渦輪分子泵安全使用的一些技術(shù)問題.首先對(duì)渦輪分子泵的構(gòu)造特點(diǎn)作了介紹,其次對(duì)渦輪分子泵的故障類型、損壞原因,進(jìn)行了分析.最后從設(shè)計(jì)和使用上的安全對(duì)策進(jìn)行了討論,以便更好的使用渦輪分子泵.

【英文摘要】Some technological problems are discussed for the safe operation of turbomolecular pumps. According to the constructional characteristics and types and causes of possible troubles/damages of the pumps, what measures are to be taken and how to make them true are both analyzed in detail with the aim of safer operation, based on the design of different types of turbomolecular pumps and relevent operating procedures.
